Return / Shipping Policy

Shipping Details

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
ON ORDERS OVER $150 PLACED IN THE US. 

We use USPS-Standard Shipping which is calculated and added at checkout depending on the size of your package and the delivery location. Please allow 3-5 for processing before your package is shipped. Once your item is shipped it is typically delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you are located. 

Willow + Raegn Boutique is NOT responsible for delays with USPS or UPS shipping, lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time. 

If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!

Willow + Raegn Boutique will gladly accept returns of fully priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, free of pet hair or defective merchandise for a store credit (Willow + Raegn E-Gift Card) within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must not contain an excessive amount of human or animal hair and must not contain any smoke smell. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be guaranteed a refund.

Items damaged or defective upon arrival may be returned by contacting Customer Support within 3 DAYS of delivery.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

-Jewelry

-Hair Accessories 

-Hand bags

-Items on Sale

-Hats, belts & cups

-Any items placed with a 30% discount or higher.

The cost of return shipping, $9.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Willow + Raegn E-Gift Card) You can place multiple return orders into one package to return. To start a return, simply head over to 
"Start a Return" at the bottom of our home page and log in to our self-serve return portal. There is where you will be able to process your return.

You have 7 days from the date the return label is sent to ship back your items. Items sent after this time period will NOT be eligible for store
credit. 

Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. 

Willow + Raegn Boutique does not offer any exchanges. We only offer store credit.

All returns need to be returned in original condition, with tags, buttoned up and folded appropriately. If these guidelines are not followed, an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from store credit. 

Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. We have to use the shoe box to resell the item, so PLEASE do not ship it back in the shoe box only. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted. 

Please note you are able to provide your own return shipping label once your return is accepted. We do always offer a return label to you, however we are not charged for it until it is used. If you choose to use your own shipping label, please email Customer Service the tracking information to cswillowandraegn@gmail.com once it is sent. If you choose to use your own shipping label, the $9.00 store credit will NOT be deducted. 

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, cancelled or modified after checkout. Some exceptions may apply with approval.  

You have 30 DAYS from the issue date of your store credit to use it! It will expire if it is not used within that time frame. 

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please contact customer support, cswillowandraegn@gmail.com, within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping.

 

How Long will it
take to process a return? 

Please allow 5-10 business days once your return reaches our PO box, to be processed. You will then receive an email confirmation with an e-credit gift card once your return is complete. 

If you have delays with USPS or UPS shipping, lost, damaged, or marked delivered items, you may file a claim with the carrier. Please contact UPS Claims Support or USPS Claims Support.

Incorrect Address

It is the buyer’s esponsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible is a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, contact our customer support via email at cswillowandraegn@gmail.com.


If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking information to show. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
